Math Learning Goals: Relationships in Tables

3.5E(R)- represent real-world relationships using number pairs in a table and verbal descriptions

3.4 H (S)- Determine the number of objects in each group when a set of objects is partitioned into equal shares or a set of objects is shared equally

Math Homework:

  • Math homework is sent home on Fridays and is due back the following Thursday.  Homework will be due on Thursday, January 14.
  • Please study your MULTIPLICATION FACTS.  0’s, 1’s, 2’s, 3’s , 5’s, 6’s , and 10’s only. We will have a Mad Minute on Thursday. Students will have one minute to solve 30 multiplication facts.  This is not for a grade.  We will set goals each week to improve fact fluency.

Science Learning Goals: Solar System

3.8B – Describe and illustrate the Sun as a star composed of gases that provides light and thermal energy.

3.8C – Construct models that demonstrate the Sun, Earth and moon including orbits and positions.

3.8D – Identify the planets in Earth’s solar system and their position in relation to the Sun.
