Hi!  My name is Ms. Amy Hamrick. This will be my 16th year to teach.  I taught 4th grade for five years at Gilmer ISD, and this will be my eleventh year to teach at WOISD.  I received a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2005.  After a few years of working in the mental health field, I realized that I really enjoyed working with children.  I returned back to school and received my teaching certificate from LeTourneau University and have been teaching ever since!  I truly love my job and I’m blessed to be a part of the White Oak Intermediate team!
